I pray everyone is having a relaxing Christmas break and has had time to reconnect with their Savior and family.
This next week, I will attempt to ease the student back into school. In an effort to do that, there will only be one piece of memory work this week. Also, I will take an extra day to introduce the new English and Social Studies chapters. There will be a math test for third-graders on Wednesday, and the fourth-graders will have their next math test on Friday in addition to the usual spelling test. Finally, on Friday, the fourth-graders will be starting their next novel!
Please note that the next PTO meeting will be on Tuesday, January 5, at 6:30 in the 7th-grade classroom.

Finally, on Tuesday, 12/22, I had sent home a Christmas card with each of the students. If you haven’t seen that yet, please take a look in their home folder.
