Week of March 22, 2021

End of 3rd Quarter

Today is the end of the 3rd quarter! The teachers are working hard to get report cards ready to go home next Wednesday.  Please note that if your child has been gone from school lately, their report card will not be sent home until they have had a chance to get caught up.  If you have any questions, please contact your child’s classroom teacher.

Lutheran School’s Week

This week we will be celebrating Lutheran School’s week.

Classroom Skits

Classroom skits will be recorded and shared once all classrooms are back in-person and have had time to prepare thoroughly.

Palm Sunday

On Palm Sunday (March 28) we would like to invite your children to join in the procession of palms at the beginning of our worship service. If your child is interested, we will be gathering in the back of church before our worship service begins. Our worship service begins at 9:00 a.m. and Sunday school begins at 10:15 a.m.

 God’s blessings on your week.

  Pastor Daniel Slaughter

Spelling Bee

This year’s spelling bee has been moved to Friday, March 26th at 1 p.m. Please note that we are trying to limit the number of visitors in the school, so we will live stream and record the spelling bee so that you can watch your child participate from the comfort of your home.  Another change this year is that we will have the 6th and 7th grade go first, then the 1st and 2nd graders, and finally, the 3-5th grade students will wrap up the event.

Kindergarten/Preschool round up

The dates for the kindergarten/preschool round-up have changed. The new dates are March 25, April 7th, 12th. and 14th.  If you haven’t already signed up please use the link.

Trinity Care

Please continue to register your child/ren for Trinity Care up to 2 weeks in advance. Additional directions are given in the Google spreadsheet.
