November 1-5

It was great to see so many of you enjoying the beautiful weather at Trinity’s Harvest festival on Saturday.  I saw lots of smiling faces and from young and old alike.  I can’t wait to do that even again next year.

On Tuesday, we would like to take an all-school photo with the students wearing their new “I Love Trinity” t-shirts.  Please have your child wear that shirt on Tuesday, November 2.

This coming week will be busy.  The science test that was initially scheduled for today has been moved to Monday.  There will also be a Social Studies test on Wednesday as well.  In addition to that, the fourth-graders will have a math test on Friday along with the usual spelling test.

Today and tomorrow are the last two days to take an A.R. test for the month of October. There are a few students that do still need to earn their points for the month.

Please note that the end of the first quarter will be on Friday, November 5.  It will be very important for the students to have all of their work done promptly to prepare report cards.  Also, when the report cards come home, please take everything out, sign the envelope, and return it to school as soon as possible as we will reuse them each quarter.

Please note that the next book orders will be coming home soon.  Since Scholastic has been struggling to get orders out in a prompt manner, this will be the last book order before Christmas.  So, if you are thinking about buying anything as a Christmas gift, be sure to check these order forms out.  If you would like an order to be kept a secret, please let me know at the time of ordering.   Please see the note attached to the order forms for more information.
