With next week being the last week before spring break, I will do my best to wrap up things before spring break. We will be having an English test on Wednesday, a science test on Thursday and the usual spelling test on Friday.
Next Friday, March 23rd will be the Trinity Spelling Bee starting at 1 p.m. This year the spellers from the 3rd and 4th grade will be all 3rd graders (Luke, Jack, Austin, and Sophie) and Sophia, Reagan, and Genevieve. If one of those 4th graders is sick, then Adoniah will be the alternate for the fourth graders.
The Trinity Combined Spelling Bee will be on Wednesday, April 18 at 5 p.m. The representatives for 3rd grade will be Luke, Jack, and Austin. The fourth grade representatives will be Sophia, Reagan, and Genevieve. If your child will not be able to attend the Combined Spelling Bee, please let me know A.S.A.P. so the alternate can be notified.
With Spring Break at the end of this month the time for the students to achieve A.R. points will come fast. Keep your student on track by reading 15-20 minutes each night at home.
