May 7-11

On Sunday, May 6 the students will have 2 fantastic opportunities to share their faith.  Grades 3-5 will be singing at 9:00 a.m., and then the K-8 students will be singing at 4:00 p.m. in Pastor Bentz’s installation. This is an additional service, but is well worth the time to hear God’s word and to hear Pastor Bentz declare his commitment to serving God and us at Trinity.

This next week will be another busy week.  On Friday the students will have a math test, English test, and the usual spelling test. In English the students be writing a friendly letter to someone of their choosing and will be mailing it to them.  Therefore, on Tuesday they will need to come to school with the address for that person as well as know their own address.

Wednesday is the K-4 fieldtrip to Mill City Museum.  Please remember to send your child with a cold lunch that includes a drink. If possible, please send the lunch in a bag or something that can be thrown away and have it clearly labeled.  Also, please remember to dress your student in their black, Trinity shirt.

Tomorrow, Friday, will be the last opportunity to order books from Scholastic for the year.  If you would like to buy some books, you may order online with the class code, pay with exact change at school, or send a check made out to Susan Van Houten.
