With only a couple of days remaining in our school year, I find myself scrambling to think of every last minute details that I need to share with you. Hopefully I don’t miss anything too important.
First, all Library books are due back tomorrow, Friday, May 25.
Please send your student’s Christ Light folder back to school by next Wednesday. I need to collect and inventory all of our educational supplies so that planning can begin for next school year.
Next Wednesday you can expect your child to come home with a lot of stuff. If your child is a third grader this year, please set aside their writing journal, science notebook, and S.S. notebook. It would be great if we could use those again next year.
Next Thursday will classroom clean-up day. When we are done, the students will then have snack, sign yearbooks/memory pages and then we close the day with Chapel and end of the year awards which will go to about 12:00 p.m.
Finally, next week we will have a Social Studies test on Tuesday and a Science test on Wednesday that it would be good for your child to study for. There will be other end of the year assessments, but those require no studying outside of the classroom.
