This upcoming week will be another busy week in the classroom. The fourth-graders will have a math test on Monday, and the usual spelling test will be on Friday. Additionally, we will be starting a new novel, Little House in the Big Woods, starting our last Science chapter and will have three Bible stories this week!
How is your child doing with their monthly A.R. goal? So far, four students have taken a test this month. Please keep encouraging your child to be reading at home and to make sure they have their library books at school every day!
I am hoping that we will be able to record our classroom skit next week. If possible, it would be great if your child could wear a shirt in the color of their crayon. If they don’t have a shirt in that color, then regular school clothes will be just fine.
As we get this unseasonably warm weather, please remember that students may wear shorts or capris pants during May or any other time that the forecasted high for the day will be 70 degrees or above.
